Tiers are based on your number of active hosted sites: Starter (1-9), Growth (10-29), and Scale (30+). As your active client base grows into a higher tier, your wholesale margin improves.
Will Avalon contact my clients directly?
No. Under the white-label model, your agency remains the main point of contact for your clients. Avalon supports the hosting environment behind the scenes so you can set your own packages and terms.
Do I need to choose one hosting product for all my clients?
No. You can mix Velocity VPS, Aura VDS, and Aether Dedicated Hosting across your client base depending on each client's traffic, isolation, and performance needs.
Is there a cost to join the Agency Partner Program?
